In many cases, two staff members maybe tied up on a single problem (the person with the problem and the person trying to help them fix it).
Our staff is waiting to answer your questions and fix any problems you may have. We use remote control support software where ever possible to insure problems are resolved as quickly as possible. Then we only come on site when there is a requirement to do so, this keeps the time to fix your computer to a minimum.
